I received a letter from Parcel Pursuit and I am interested in selling, what now?Â
If you have already received a letter from us please send us an email or contact us directly. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please identify yourself with your name, parcel id and APN, this may help us to pin your parcel faster. Also, if you are ready, please sign the purchase agreement that has been sent with the letter, scan it or take a really great picture and email it back to us at jps@parcelpursuit.com. If you have other parcels that you also wish to sell please let us know on the same email or answer the sell your property questionnaire.Â
What if I didn't receive a letter but I also want to sell my land?
If you didn’t receive a letter or have another parcel that you would like to sell us, you can go to sell your property  tab on this website, fill in the small questionnaire and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Are all payments done in full cash?
Yes, all of the listings must be paid full cash. Once we have finished the closing process and the deed is conveyed to the buyer, you (buyer) will have full ownership of the property. This means you may enjoy it as you wish.Â
I already sent the parcel(s) information to you guys, now what?Â
Once we have received your parcel information it will take us around 7 days to conduct due diligence. We need to confirm that you are still the owner of the property, that the back taxes are not too high (if there are any), that there’s no liens or encumbrances, and that there’s no break in the title chain.Â
When all of these are confirmed we will contact you and send you a purchase agreement, you print it, sign it, send it back to us. To complete the new deed, depending on the county, we’ll guide you through the process.

How do we choose the parcels we are listing?
Before buying any piece of land we perform an extensive DUE DILIGENCE to make sure that everything is in order and that we have the best parcels for sale. All this information can be found on each listing. You are also encouraged to perform your own research before buying anything to make sure that it is exactly what you are looking for.Â

How do I pay for a parcel that I want?
If you see a parcel on our site that you want there are two options.
- You may request more information if you wish to know more about the piece of land and we’ll get back to you with the information as soon as possible or
- If you have already taken a decision you may add to cart and buy the parcel.Â
All payments done through the website are made by a secure payment option and no information is collected or maintained on the site.Â
You may also pay through a check or wire transfer.
Please give us a call before you send anything so that we can be on the lookout for the payment.

What happens after I decide I do want to buy it?

Buyers full legal name
Buyers full mailing address
The preferred form of ownership for the deed (Sole Ownership, Joint Tenancy, Joint Tenancy with Rights of Survivorship, Tenants in Common)
Parcel Pursuit will write up a contract and we both need to sign it.
We will provide you with disclosure documents, preliminary title reports and any specific local documents.
Then this is where the rest of the payment is done, we have different options, though the website, wire transfer or check.Â
The new deed will come out in the buyers name and copies will be sent to the new owner. The originals will be sent out to the county recorderer and after it is recorded the originals will be sent out to the new owner.
What about the closing?Â
We encourage the use of a title company, but we are flexible on working on most ways of closing and if needed we can help you get fast quotes on your chosen service.Â
